A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

遠東航空一架麥道 MD82型客機，17日清晨在拖離機棚時機尾不慎與另架飛機發生擦撞，導致機尾水平翼受損、班機延誤。遠航董事長張綱維今(23)日上午召開記者會致歉，並承諾6年內汰換所有的舊飛機。
遠航上週表示，公司因為維修棚場地狹小，目前進行擴建機棚工程，尚未完工，造成飛機迴旋空間不足。記者會一開始，張綱維先向民眾致歉，他說遠航新機隊將陸續進來，但是全台只有一個棚廠，他也呼籲主管單位能夠協助提供更大的維修棚廠。
張綱維抱怨說，在復興航空解散後，棚廠交還給民航局，原本民航局要給遠航跟華信航空各一半的新飛機停放空間，但是現在又突然說不給了，而在立榮旁邊的一半空間停機位置又收回去了。
針對民航局與民眾質疑遠航現有MD機隊過於老舊，張綱維說已向民航局提交計畫書，預計6年內將老舊的飛機全部汰除，首批2架ATR72-600客機最快預計在11月能投入營運。
先前有媒體報導，遠航在9月遭砍了120多架次航班，張綱維坦承遠航飛機數不足，的確有飛機被限制飛行時數，也有飛機在維修，他也希望主管機關民航局不要再限縮飛行時速，因為新飛機尚不足以支撐飛行營運，人員的訓練也需要一段時間。他說，希望主管機關不要只有限制，也要協助。
張綱維同時也抱怨，民航局核定新的ATR飛機票價，要求遠航比其他航空公司低10%，他說航空業是利潤很低的行業，獲利只有3~5%，ATR飛機票價比其他航空公司低，會讓遠航很難營運。
