台北市一名67歲吳姓男子，因家產問題數度與弟弟鬧上法院，吳男不滿法院將房子判給弟弟，在強制執行時還抱著瓦斯桶抗議，又企圖潑汽油阻止點交遭送辦。本月27日下午開完庭後，吳男更開車衝撞弟弟夫妻後逃逸，弟弟雖幸運閃過，但弟媳遭汽車正面撞擊，重傷送醫，吳男則在29日下午被警方逮捕，訊後依殺人未遂等罪送辦。
綜合媒體報導，2011年時吳母過世，留下一間千萬元的房子給吳男兄弟，之後吳男因經商失敗，吳弟為幫哥哥還債，將房子貸款並買下另一半產權，但事後吳男卻不認帳，兄弟倆因此反目，吳弟去年10月間向法院聲請強制執行，法院根據相關證據，將房子判給弟弟。但在執行官前往點交當天，吳男卻抱著瓦斯桶抗議，3個月後執行官二度前往點交，吳男又潑汽油試圖阻止，當場被逮送辦。
警方表示，本月27日下午，吳姓兄弟又為房產官司到法院開庭，結束後，吳男跑到弟弟家附近埋伏，行經興隆路三段附近，看到弟弟和弟媳正走在路上，吳男竟故意開車由正面衝撞兩人，吳弟及時跳開，逃過一劫，但弟媳被正面撞傷，送醫急救後撿回一命，吳男行凶後駕車逃逸。
29日下午，警方獲報指出吳男出現在萬芳醫院附近，立即趕往現場，吳男則搭計程車逃逸，員警一路追緝將車攔下，正要上前盤查時，吳男突然對員警潑灑汽油，還企圖點燃打火機，所幸被員警及時制伏逮捕。
警詢時，吳男否認對員警潑汽油，至於為何開車衝撞弟弟夫妻，他則稱是因「司法不公」，吳男訊後被依殺人未遂、公共危險及妨害公務等罪移送法辦。
